Exciting developments have recently taken place with the launch of the new database structures and user interfaces for the Database of Latin Dictionaries and Aristoteles Latinus Database, and we’re thrilled to present them to you in our upcoming webinar. Join the collaborators of Brepols’ Centre “Traditio Litterarum Occidentalium” (CTLO) for a 30-minute session providing an in-depth overview of the new interfaces in general and of the CTLO’s new lemma database in particular.

Round Table about Brepolis Medieval Databases at the Catholic University of Lublin (April 25th)

Webinar about the Patrologia Orientalis Database

We are pleased to inform you that a webinar about the Patrologia Orientalis Database will be organized on Tuesday March, 8th at 11am EST / 5pm CET.

The Patrologia Orientalis Database (POD) is the Online version of the famous collection of patristic texts from the Christian East, including works, recorded in non-Latin languages, that come from geographical, cultural, or religious contexts somehow linked to Rome or the Eastern Roman Empire.

Cette présentation est destinée aux bibliothécaires, aux chercheurs et aux étudiants.

Il n’est nul besoin d’installer un programme spécifique (la présentation se déroule via Microsoft Teams). Il suffit d’avoir accès à un ordinateur avec une connexion internet, et d’activer le son. Nous vous recommandons de couper le son de votre micro durant la présentation afin d’éviter les bruits de fond dérangeants.

Webinar about the International Bibliography of Humanism and the Renaissance

We are pleased to inform you that a webinar about the International Bibliography of Humanism and the Renaissance (IBHR) will be organized on Wednesday February, 16th at 11am EST / 5pm CET.

The IBHR has a wide and ambitious scope. The core of the Bibliography focuses on European history and culture that spans the 16th and 17th centuries, and encompasses a broad spectrum of subjects, ranging from religious history through to philosophy, science and the arts; and from military and political history through to social and gender studies.
